We are proud to announce that we can offer you a same-day appointment, at a convenient time for you, any day of the week thanks to our appointment system, "Doctor First."

If you can, try to avoid ringing on Mondays or the day after a Bank Holiday as they tend to be busy
Give a brief description of your problem. (You do not have to do this but it helps us to know who the best person is for you to talk to and how urgent the problem is).
One of the following will then happen:
- You will have a call back from either a GP, a nurse, advanced nurse practitioner, a physicans associate or a clinical pharmacist for a consultation by phone in the first instance. They will then book you an appointment whenever necessary
- An appointment booked for you directly by the receptionist.
The practice is open from 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with the exception of Thursdays when it closes at 1pm. An emergency service operates outside of these times. Surgeries run every morning and afternoon that the surgery is open. Appointment times vary within those parameters.
Also with effect from Monday the 8th of July 2019 the practice will be participating in an extended hours scheme. This means that we may be able to offer you an appointment outside of usual surgery hours, if required. Please discuss your individual requirements with the GP on duty and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs. This will be reviewed at the end of March 2022.
