When We Are Closed

Between 18:30 and 08:00  Monday to Friday, all  weekends and public holidays the emergency medical service is contacted by dialling 111 from your telephone handset.  

The 111 team will assess your case/symptoms and point you in the right direction.

On Thursday afternoons and between 8:00 - 8:30am and 6:00 - 6:30pm please call The Willows Urgent Care Service on 0116 220 2578. 

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath, excessive bleeding that will not stop, constitute an emergency.
